It's been a while, but I picked up some hentai at Katsukon, enjoy.
INTRO: Yusaku is heading home for the first time in eight years. He is a medical student about to take on a summer internship in the country working at his uncle's clinic. While on the train, he becomes smitten with a young woman sitting across from him, but is unable to summon the courage to speak to her. When he arrives in his hometown, he is reunited with friends from his childhood, and get introduced to gorgeous nurses, patients, and mysterious young girls. It is only a matter of time before Yusaku runs into the beautiful woman he saw on the train.
CONTENT: Even to the untrained eye one can see that this was a dating sim/h-game turned anime. Even the basic presentation and back story were converted over from a PC game with little to no work, but still an interest ploy show to say the least.
CHARACTERS: Well when a "h" comes to life from a game, one would not expect much in so far as character design to go. All of these are video game stereotypical with little creativity whatsoever.
AUDIO: The audio was two channel stereo in both English and Japanese tracks.
VIDEO: Transfers from CG were smooth matching the sound quality.
ANIMATION: The quality of animated video mated the level of quality from the audio.
MENUS: Menus were simplistic and fast responding.
EXTRAS: Only previews were included as extras.
COVER ART: The cover art was simplistic with samples from the movie, though the front cover would have been more appropriate for the rear of the keeper case.
WHACKABILITY: The sex scenes are way too short and there are only two per episode. Not much time to get the grove thing done in.
VALUE: Picked up at Katsukon 06 for twenty, and it had a decent story to go with it. I found myself more interested in the plot than the porn, so it wasn't too bad for the price.
VERDICT: Well, as so far as games to hentai go, it wasn't too bad. It's no classic by far, just an average hentai that's not too over the top from Pink Pineapple.
